I create this blog so that next time, if we are to organize a gathering, whoever is organizing will make use of this blog to update the details for everyone to look and comments. Its very hard to organize a perfect event where everyone is happy with, so lets start by providing constructive comments. Everyone will be given access to make a post on this blog so kindly comments so that i can add you all to this blog in the future.

Pot Luck Details

Brief Introduction:
Proudly Organized by LS & X. We have a idea to do Potluck and maybe a little BBQ by the side and have a small gathering at the same time. Hence, we will need your response of your attendance as soon as possible if your being invited. We are expecting about 30 to 35 attendance to this casual gathering, i need your response as soon as possible so that i can keep track of your attendance and what food you'll be bringing.

Date: 13th June 2009
Venue: TBC
Cost: $5.00 + Bringing your own food.
Time: 3.00 PM - 10.00 PM (Food should be ready by 6.00 PM)
Dinner Starts at 6.30 PM

Edit: Attendance is invited up to Lihui's batch


Note on Responding to Invitation:
Please E-mail me @ xamuelkoh@hotmail.com of your attendance and what food you will be bringing on that evening. I will not accept SMS, as i will based on these email to track attendance. I will be happy to answer any of your other questions via msn/email.

About BBQ
Please email me also whether you'll like to see BBQ during this session or not, if there is enough people who wants to eat BBQ, most likely, we will bring/buy charcoal and set up, as for BBQ food you'll have to bring your own BBQ food to BBQ

About Food Choice
For food choice you may think about a few categories & choose one:

Appetizers | Finger Food | Mains | Soup | Desserts |

When preparing for food, prepare enough food probably that is enough for 15 to 20 PAX

Note on Desserts:
We cannot have everyone to bring only Desserts, hence i am expecting only about 5 to 6 people preparing only Dessert Items. First come first serve + subjected to Samuel's approval.

Note on Money Issues:
If we have enough people to bring a lot of food, we most likely will not be having BBQ, depends on the crowd. May I suggest that everyone chip in $5.00 to pool for payment for the rental of the function rooms as well as all the disposable items and drinks during the gathering.
